Help should reach the family nobody else is helping.

Khidmat is the shared register of local welfare groups. Every family on it has been visited, then checked again by a second team, and every gift to that family is recorded. So a donor can give to a need that is real, and still unmet.

خدمت

Before you give, you can know three things.

Most giving runs on trust in a person. Khidmat adds a record to that trust.

That the family is real

A survey team has sat with them, and a second, separate team has gone back to confirm every detail.

What they already receive

Each welfare group records what it gives. Before a new gift, anyone on the register can see whether this need is already met.

Where your gift went

Which kind of help, through which group, and when. Never a family’s name or address, and never the amount another group gave.

A family’s page, as a welfare group sees it.

The register shows the shape of a family’s support, not their private life.

Other groups see who gave, what kind and when. Never the amount, and never the family’s details.

Checked twice

Two separate visits by two separate teams, before the family is accepted.

Kind, group and rhythm

Each line is one kind of help: who gives it and how often. The amount is not shown.

The gap

A need with no support yet is the line a new donor can fill.

How a gift travels.

You choose where to give

A welfare group on the register, or a kind of help: rations, school fees, medical care.

The group records it against a family

What was given, and when. The record is made by the group, at the moment of giving.

Every other group sees the need is met

So the same family is not given the same help twice, and groups turn to the families still waiting.

You see where it went

The kind of help, the group and the date. The family’s privacy is kept.

Ways to give.

Khidmat does not take payments. You give directly to the welfare group or cause you choose, and the group records what reached whom.

Through a welfare group

Back one of the groups on the register. Their gifts are recorded family by family, so you can see the result of yours.

A kind of help

Fund rations, school fees, medical care or a home repair, across whichever families need it next.

Goods, not money

Rations, clothing and school supplies are recorded the same way as money, and matter as much.

The register itself

Khidmat is built and sponsored by Icon Pro Solutions. Sponsors keep it free for every group that joins.

Tell us how you would like to give. We will reply and arrange it with the group.

What we will never do.

Publish a family’s name, address or story.

Show one group’s amounts to another.

Add a family without their agreement.

Take a cut of a gift. Khidmat holds records, not money.

Who is behind it.

Khidmat is made and sponsored by Icon Pro Solutions. It is used by the local welfare groups and committees that join the register, each keeping its own families’ details.

Icon builds and hosts the register. The welfare groups decide who is helped, and record what they give.

Made and sponsored by

Blood, when it is needed.

The same idea, for blood: a person who needs blood gives their details first, then sees donors of the matching group nearby, offered in turn. A donor who has just given rests for six months before anyone calls again, and no number is ever passed round in a list.

Questions, answered plainly.

No. Khidmat is the shared record that welfare groups use to track who they help and avoid giving twice. You give directly to the welfare group or cause you choose, and arrange that with them.

Yes. Rations, clothing and school supplies are recorded by the group in the same way as money: one kind of help, given on a date.

Every welfare group records what it gives and when. Before recording a new gift, a group can see what a family already has, from any group on the register.

They stay with the group that added the family. Other groups see only that help was given, of what kind, and when, never a name, address or amount, unless that group chooses to share more.

A survey team visits and explains the register, and adds the family only if they agree. A second, different team visits again to confirm every detail before the family is accepted.

Khidmat is made and sponsored by Icon Pro Solutions for the welfare groups that use it.
